Raheel holds a remarkable experience of 7 years in business and operations management. Experienced in all aspects of business operations including digital marketing, business development / sales, client relationship management, account management, business operations management & process improvement. As our business and marketing lead, he has an insight to the industrial knowledge required to take us beyond the charts of achievement.

Farhan possesses a strong background in commercial/business management administering complex environments while maintaining delivery quality. Strong background in Customer Management – has given Farhan ample experience for his multi-discipline, team-building and client sustainability role at WorkFello. With his strong sales skills, he provides comprehensive sales management to WorkFello’s sales cycle and onboarding customers from both the public and private sector, ensuring that our services are delivered on-time, every time.

Faizan is an enthusiastic, creative and a highly self- motivated digital addition to WorkFello. He has 5 years of experience in performing exceptionally time critical situations. His keen eye for perfection and creative designing makes him a distinguished digital lead. He partakes actively in the future plans of growth of WorkFello Group Ltd. Faizan is the brain behind what WorkFello looks like as well as heads the digital services of our other ventures.

Rowaida is a confident, friendly outgoing person who is self-motivated in all aspects. She is passionate about finding the right people for the right job! This very passion led her to become an expert in her field and now happily onboarded at WorkFello to manage our resourcing team. She’s doing really well!

- Progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools such as: internal ATS and CV databases, deep-web Boolean searching, tapping through business social networks and other unique methods.
- Strong business acumen understanding how to balance client needs and candidate experience.
- Strong communication skills, organisational and negotiation skills.
- Fluent language skills in English and other European languages are highly valued.
